Having a clean database means that you can segment your contacts to make them ready for email campaigns and sales activity.
Having a sequence of emails allows you to schedule a number of personalised emails as well as allowing you to trigger tasks after a certain number of days will make life a lot easier!
Customise your contacts based on things like 'time since last activity' or 'time since the last visit' so that you can catch contacts before they fall through the cracks.
