Logo design

Either as a standalone project or as part of a website design and build engagement, we offer logo and visual identity services to help you modernise your brand.

The depth and complexity of these projects vary from revamping an existing logo to a complete brand journey that is intensely collaborative and iterative. Our in-house design team gets in the trenches with your stakeholders to truly understand your business and create a striking logo that you — and your audience — will love.

We can also craft logo variants or multiple logos for different product lines, establishing a happy brand family that grows as your business grows.

Design blueprints

As with our strategic blueprints service, we also offer design blueprints. Our creative process helps you identify consistent colour palettes, font choices and other elements of your company’s design architecture.

We use mood boards and mockups to illustrate your brand style, and collate this work in a brand book that your team can reference for all marketing and website requirements.

This work can run hand-in-hand with a logo project. Many clients also want design blueprints and a brand book as part of a website design and build engagement, which reduces the cost of this workstream. (It’s worth noting that site design is part-and-parcel of website projects, regardless.)

Website design and build

As a HubSpot onboarding accredited agency, we provide site migration and onboarding support for clients to get their existing site onto HubSpot CMS, our platform of choice for all website builds. If you’d like to know more about HubSpot websites, get in touch with our business development team.

From there, in a nutshell, we design and build award-winning, search-optimised, responsive, secure, beautiful websites that are aligned with your brand and your ambitions.

Such sites are made for marketing with CRM integration, lead capture and easy-to-update page editing. Meaning, we make sites that anyone can update in the future, without bothering a developer.

Engagements include proactive project management with our studio team to ensure multiple moving parts come together cohesively for launch. Here’s a top-level overview of our tried and true process:

1. Website strategy

Sitemap planning and strategic discussions for the project. Can include technical consultation and SEO/CRO recommendations, depending on engagement level.

2. Design process

Includes identification of colours, fonts and other design elements, and can include mood boards and detailed mockups, depending on engagement level.

3. Site development

Performance-focused, cutting-edge coding of bespoke modules, as per the engagement level, from our in-house team of experts, using the HubSpot platform.

4. Page build

Pages built with page-level SEO and imagery (curated photos or custom illustrations, as per engagement level), with optional copy. Site launched with QA checks.

Some web page copywriting is usually included as part of the website engagement, but additional copy can be purchased on a page-by-page basis, as needed.

Complex integrations

While some integrations can be included, depending on engagement level, complex integrations require paid scoping projects before implementation.

Website design and build engagement models

Website engagements are offered at three levels, from smaller sites to those with ambitious branding, design and functional requirements. Our strategic services are prerequisites for a website kick-off.

For small sites, done quickly, this takes about one to two months from kick-off.

Our recommended option for ambitious B2B businesses, this takes around 90-120 days.

For large or complex websites, these engagements can take a bit longer and involve more collaboration and consulting.

Website maintenance and optimisation

Engagements include support for launch and 30 days post-launch. We also offer technical support on a sprint or retainer basis for maintenance and projects. This can include HubSpot support for activities like report-building, so you get maximum visibility on traffic, conversions and other key metrics.

Technical sprints are used by clients to run search and conversion optimisation projects, such as A/B testing, personalisation or other user experience improvements. They can be used to implement a range of elements, such as to build out new page templates.

Sprints are run as a one-off project OR on an ongoing quarterly basis, either as part of a website design and build engagement, or completely separately.
